Member Needs Survey 2010

One of the important goals of our Associations is to become a key business resource to our thousands of members throughout our state. Though we provide healthcare insurance, numerous free or discounted products/services, educational/networking events, and advocacy on behalf of smaller businesses in Lansing, we know our members’ needs are constantly changing. That’s why each year we ask you to let us know in what other ways we can be of service.

Please take just a few minutes to complete our 2010 Member Business Needs Survey to help us help you and other members. Last year’s survey results prompted us to upgrade our web sites further, add approximately 15 new product/service offerings, expand educational/networking events, and add new legislative issues to our target list, directly as a result of member feedback.
